The United States is honoring our Nation’s Presidents by issuing $1 circulating coins featuring their images in the order that they served, beginning with Presidents Washington, Adams, Jefferson and Madison in 2007. The Presidential $1 Coin Act seeks to revitalize the design of United States coins and return circulating coinage to its position as an object of aesthetic beauty in its own right. Accordingly, the new Presidential $1 coins will feature larger, more dramatic artwork. The United States Mint will mint and issue four Presidential $1 coins per year, and each will have a reverse design featuring a striking rendition of the Statue of Liberty. These coins will feature larger, more dramatic artwork, as well as edge-incused inscriptions of the year of minting or issuance, "E Pluribus Unum," "In God We Trust" and the mint mark. The Golden Presidential Dollar is 8.1 grams in weight, 2 mm thick, and 26.5 mm in diameter. The coins physical makeup is a three-layer clad construction - pure copper sandwiched between and metallurgically bonded to outer layers of manganese brass. The magnificent collection features the following 5 (five) Uncirculated Presidential Dollar Coins in five varieties: Hologram, Colorized, 24KT Pure Gold Plated, Mint Mark "P" , Mint Mark "D. Entire set comes displayed in a black felt deluxe box as shown with certificate of authenticity.

How to Order:

YOUR CHOICE: Please use the drop-down menu to choose the specific Presidential Set(s) you want (Presidents will be added to the drop-down menu as they are released from the US Mint).  You will be charged and sent that specific set only.

AUTO-SHIP: To be on the auto-ship program, please choose "AUTO-SHIP" from the drop-down-menu below.  George Washington is the first set released (see checklist below).  If you join the autoship program after previous sets have been released, there is no need to worry, you will be automatically sent all the previous set releases to let you catch up (just choose auto-ship below and the price will be adjusted correctly and a new invoice will be sent with your order). If you join the auto-ship program right now, you will be charged and sent the entire collection of all the previsouly released sets with your initial order to catch you up, this could be anywhere from 5 to 8 sets depending on how many preiously released sets there are (see schedule below). If you don't need previously released sets, during checkout there is a message box and you can include the president's name you want to start with in that message box during checkout and you will be started on autoship from that president.
